       Change of Talk Group. (?) from 405 to 900

       You recently created Talk group 405 for us  (ZMR Group).  It's
       been about a month.  All is great with it.  Thank you!   We do
       have a question....
       Is it possible to change the number from 405 to 900 ??
       Or if I request TalkGroup 900 to be created, will 405 just go
       away after a while since it will no longer have any traffic on
       it ? (if 900 is created)
