TG Request 3105 (Arkansas Statewide) and 310501 (K5NSX Repeater

Hello,
I would like to request these two talkgroups.
3105 is the Arkansas statewide TG and will be bridge to the
Brandmeister Network.
310501 is the TG we use on our repeater K5NSX with ID 310501 as
the local talkgroup and it will also be bridged to Brandmeister.
I will do the bridging on my end for these to properly function.

updated with entries for both TGs.
