       Request to establish talk group 1026 for Chester County
       ARES/RACES

       Good evening.
       I would like to put in a request to establish a talk group for
       our local ARE/RACES group in Chester County, PA. We would like
       to use it to discuss emcomm operations, technical events,
       community event communications support, and other topics
       relating to ARES/RACES. I would like to request this be talk
       group number 1026.
