How does one add events to the calendar? I can't find a button
or other method by which to do so.

I just changed settings to allow registered users to add events
to the calendar.
you should see a button now.
if its abused it can be moderated or turned off again :)
go to the calendar
click the date

I guess it's turned off now, was it abused? , how may one list a
net on the calendar at this time?
