How can I add a profile picture to be displayed on the TGIF
dashboard and on the TGIF hot spot

On the TGIF Dashboard? I haven't seen that as a possibility,
unless you mean something else.
To me, the TGIF Dashboard refers to pages such as
HTML http://tgif.network/active.html
and
HTML http://tgif.network/lastheard.html
As for the TGIF Hotspot, you should speak with EA7KDO. I
believe that he needs to encode your picture into the Nextion
screen code for that to happen.

Ok I officially up.I have sent 3 emails to EA7KDO .2 Before the
virus crisis began.Still no response. Disappointed

Hi Dave.
I spoke to Mitch a week or so ago on TG31665 and had mentioned
your posts here. He told me that he'd emailed you regarding
this at least once...or maybe a few times. I assume he used
your email address on QRZ to do so.
Is your address there on QRZ valid? If so, do you check it on a
regular basis? If so, have you checked your spam folder?
If you've done all those things and still don't see his
message(s), my next suggestion would be (as someone else already
mentioned) to try contacting him directly on TG31665. Even if
you don't catch him "live," simply putting out the word on the
talkgroup that you're seeking contact with him about this would
likely aid your endeavor.

I added a place in our Gallery
"Request profile picture"
Request profile picture to be displayed on the TGIF dashboard
and on the TGIF hot spot

I will tell Mitch to check his notifications for additions in
the gallery to add in the next update

I see your pic in gallery
which created a private post of the added pic, which was emailed
as notification
I emailed this info to Mitch
