       Request for New Talkgroup (World Paranormal Network) 1313

       I would like to create a talkgroup centered around Paranormal
       Discussions. I was the creator of the World Paranormal Net that
       was hosted on the IRLP System for a couple years and would like
       to bring that net back on TGIF. This would be a place for people
       to learn about the paranormal, ask questions, share stories and
       learn how Ham Radio plays a part in the Paranormal and the
       research of the field.
