       Rename TG 31340

       Hi:
       Please rename TG 31340 from "CNJHAM" to "020 Project Module C".
       The reason we want to do this is because there is a TG 31340 on
       that "other" amateur DMR network called "CNJHam" and we want to
       both avoid confusion and make it clear that the two are not
       linked together.
       The wiki page descrption is accurate so could also be renamed.
       Thanks.
