       Self care not working?

       Self care isn't showing up on my phone which is in the same WiFi
       networks at my pi-star hotspot. Any ideas what the problem might
       be?

       The self-care page has been up and down for a while now.  The
       script that runs it on the server has been periodically failing.
       So, chances are that the problem is NOT on your end.
       The admins are aware of the problem and the code is being
       examined/worked on as time permits.

       The "Self Care" was working OK but this week it appears to be
       broken. About a week since (I think) it's worked.

       I'm a new TGIF user, but I'm seeing the same thing in
       SelfCare...hotspot not seen.
       Where do I create an actual login into TGIF to access the
       SelfCare?  I have a TGIF Wiki and Forum login...is it related to
       those logins?  Heck...I can't even find the login button on the
       TGIF website.

       No, they aren't.  Those are completely separate logins/websites.
       And the current server does not have a login for any of the
       functions (including self-care).
       All that (plus the problems with the current self-care) are just
       a few of the things that the new server will help square away.
       Right now, the self-care tries to determine what you see and
       what you can control by the IP address it sees you and your
       devices on.  If they don't match (or the code messes up and
       crashes) you won't see anything.
       The new server will integrate the information contained in the
       current TGIF Wiki, the self-care, etc into one place with a
       single login.  Also, the self-care will show you what you're
       entitled to see/adjust based on being logged in with a password
       versus IP addresses.  A MUCH better and more reliable way to do
       it.
       Finally, and as an aside: As of this writing, there is no plan
       to integrate these forums under the "new server" umbrella.  So
       it will remain a separate login and password from the rest.  But
       that's today...who knows what the developers have planned? LOL
