       server is rejecting my dmr id from belize

       Ok I am in Belize, changed my hotspot call sign and dmr id.. to
       V31XE/7020013
       Date - 12/11/2019 8pm CST
       Talk group 31665
       Before I updated my hotspot and codeplug I did a brief test as
       N5XIE/3152372 saw myself on the Pi-Star Dashboard.
       I went into the configuration, updated call sign and dmr id in
       both my radio and hotspot and my hotspot dmr id from 02 suffixes
       to 01
       As soon as I key up, my transmit light flashes and a second
       later I get a tone from the radio; Dashboard shows nothing.
       IF I change my Call sign and dmr id back to my usa callsign and
       dmr id, I can get on the network, thus the network is blocking
       my belize dmr id for some reason,

       The answer is to set my mmdvm dual to "Public" once I did that..
       it worked.. talked to Robert and Mike.
