TG9 / TG31665 status question

I read where these two TGs are bridged together until 2/4/19.
This evening I could hear traffic on TG9 but not TG31665. I
believe it was following the Friday net.
Not sure if this was a glitch or planned?

I think its a glitch or the group testing something

At first I changed TG9 to TG31665 in my codeplug. Now I've added
TG9 back since it's the home for the Friday net.
