Ruby's life ~ Unlucky

Chapter one
Unluckyness is the worst thing in the world. Its not like you
didnt get something & called it unlucky. That is totally not the
case of things. All I know is that my whole family is cursed
with Unluckyness. My mum has three children (and me!) to take
care of. On our tenth birthdays everything changed. Anna my
older sister is only 18 and has been in the hospital for six
months. I dont know why. Our mum never told us. Jessica my other
older sister who is 15 has a eating problem what I hate to talk
about. I dont have any problems just pure unlucky. So was my
cousin Jazz..
I was only five years old. Me, Jazz, Jessica & Anna where
playing in a local park. Jazz was pushing me on the swing it was
her 11th birthday. Jessica smiled. The this older girl came up
to us.
''Be careful there is barbed wire somewhere.. just dont be
stupid!!'' She warned us and walked off. Jazz stopped pushing me
I had no idea where she went I was not really bothered anyway.
All I heard was screaming & crying.
''Jazz no!'' I heard Anna scream once I turned around & had a
shock. She was wrapped up in barbed wire. I can not describe how
horriofying it was. I quickly turned away to scared at the
sight. Anna came over to me & picked me up. She had called the
police & we had walked off. Well Anna passed me to Jessica.
Jessica walked me home.
Now that it is my 12th birthday I'm in high school. We had to
write about our selfs wow.. I should compare it from six years
ago..

Likes: Strawberry milkshake tomatos & dolls.
Dislike: Pasta, Bannas & Bullies
Other: My cousin died with barbed wire. Also I'm very lucky
The last one in other well caused the teacher to have a
''little'' chat with me. It was acally a long chat. Urgh I was
so stupid putting that on! Why did I put my cousin died? Anyways
I would call myself very unlucky. I did though I put alot other
things NOT that my cousin died.

Chapter Two
So unluckyness is horriable. Never get yourself tangled into in.
I'm like a curse anyone I talk to or touch get bad luck. Once it
was my tenth birthday my old friend Lila & me where playing in
the school play ground. Once I touched her she looked at me.
''That... hurt'' She moaned. I frowned. How could it hurt? I
thought. Lila walked to class something wearid was going on.
She got into clas then she ran into the toilets. I followed her.
I saw it was all black. She was pale black eyes looking at me
she had grey hair. I touched her again & she fell to the ground.
I screamed & ran out of the toilets.
Since then I didnt touch anyone. But if I did nothing happened.
Maybe it only happened once? Or every birthday. Now I'm aware
that I cant touch anyone today. My mum has tried so much to move
me to a diffrent high school but I always said no. My mum
suggested I could be home schooled here is how it went..
Yestereday afternoon.
I was just having a fight with my mum about being home schooled.
''MUM! NO! No way am I going to be in the house with Jessica
being home schooled!'' I growled.
''Its the only way! We are bloody bad luck!!'' Mum hissed.
''No you dont understand! I'm not & thats final!'' I cried.
''But..'' Mum started.
''NO BUTS!'' I yelled & I stormed off. I saw Jessica eating a
big cake by herself. ''Just stop eating okay? I dont want you as
a sister! YOU FAT PIG!'' I ran upstairs & started crying. The
only sister I liked was Anna. Anna.. I thought. I quickly got my
mobile spent ages putting the tracking system out. Got my bag &
jumped out my window. I kinda slipped off a tree but got back
up. I got my bus pass & went onto the bus. I went to the
hospital. Anna was there lying on the hospital bed. ''Hey Anna''
I smiled. She was sick all over me.
''Urh.... oh sorry Ruby you are kinda in my way.'' She said. I
sighed.
''Yeah I get it.'' I sighed cleared myself up & walked out. I
took one last glance at Anna. She was crying. I didnt turn back.
I went back onto the bus & just waited until I got home.

Chapter threeNow its the day after I ran away. I woke up to
someone jumpining or my bed or something. I sat up. I looked up
& screamed. ''Jessica! Stop!'' I yelled. Jessica sighed.
''Because I'm a fat pig?'' She moaned. I looked at Jessica.
''I will kill you'' I growled. Jessica ran out my bed room
screaming. I moaned at her. I went back under my covers. Once I
went to sleep again I had the most weairdest dream...
It was 100 years ago. There was this teenage boy that looked
like somebody I knew. I dont know who he was but he did look
fimlar. He was dancing with this girl with blonde hair down to
her hips. She looked like some one I knew as well. He hissed
her then her hair turned grey & she had wrinkles. She was only
16 & she aged 80 years older. Then blue beams came out of her
hands into his body.
''In the year 2006 a family will be cursed in your blood. Anna,
Jessica & Ruby will be the children whos family you cursed!''
She laughed.
I woke up at that point & I gasped. This could not be real. I
got out of bed & looked at a photo. There was the boy & girl
dancing with each other. I stepped back. I got into a white
dress with a black cardigan ran downstairs.
''MUM!'' I cried. I ignored the presents.
''Whats up Ruby?'' My mum asked. I showed her the photo. ''Oh
well stragngers heh?'' She lied. I sighed. ''Go off & open
presents then! We cant wait for ever. I sighed. Opened a box
with pink pawprint wrapping paper. I ripped it open. I looked
inside the box there was a collar, lead & dog toys.
''Right where is the real present?'' I opened another one there
was a dog basket. ''Mum! I grew out of my teddy dog spotty
remeber?'' I sighed. ''You never got me a real dog only spotty''
I moaned. A puppy ran into the room. It had golden fur. I looked
at the collar. ''I guess this little one will be called
lucky..'' I said. Mum smiled.
''Remeber you always wanted one?'' Mum said.
''Yeah when I was about five!'' I said.
''I will take her back'' Mum smirked.
''No.. I'm just sayin' '' I said. Mum smiled.
''Yeah sure.'' She said. The other presents where a bit rubish.
A dressing table drawing paper & a new bag with a matching
pencil case & tatty teddy top, leggings & skirt. I put the
collar on Lucky took the toys basket & Lucky up to my bed room.
Then I had a brillent idea..

Chapter 4
It was the best Idea ever! I got my old notepad that had two
empty pages. I just used up a padge that looked really scruffy.

Never got to finish because Jessica walked in.
''May I play with Lucky?'' Jessica asked.
''Urm... No...'' I said. Even if Lucky was in her basket with a
dog teddy & was next to spotty.
''But she is lonley!'' Jessica pointed out.
''Well I'm doing home work. Ok? I will play with her after I
have done my homework alright?'' I sighed.
''NO! I said I wanted to play with her!'' She growled & picked
Lucky up. I snatched her off Jessica. I layed her next to me &
glared at Jessica. ''Fine!'' Jessica cried walking out. I sighed
& carried on. I fisinshed when once again Jessica came in. ''I'm
sorry'' She sniffed. I glared at her.
''Why? You know its my birthday you are runing it!'' I yelled. I
felt wearid like powers where ready to come out. I had to try &
stop my self but It would not work. I touched Jessica she got a
shock & fell to the ground. I pulled her out. I slammed my door
& Lucky whinned. ''Sorry girl..'' I said & stroked her. Lucky
looked up at me and jumped off my bed & ran to her basket. I
sighed. What have I done? That has never happened before.. Oh
yeah its my birthday. I thought. I sighed. My mum screamed when
she saw Jessica. I gasped & went under my covers.
''RUBY!'' She yelled. I pretened to wake up.
''Yeah mum?'' I asked.
''Did you hurt Jessica. Oh wait I will make that clearer. Ruby
sky weston did you hurt Jessica?'' She asked.
''Urm.... No..'' I lied.
''YOU DID! Why in the earth did you hurt her?'' My mum asked.
''No I didnt... oh well I did.. but it was not really my fault I
could not stop'' I sighed. My mum glared at me.
''Behave!'' She growled. I growled back & ran into my bed &
cried.

Chapter 5
It has been 1 week since my birthday. I have skipped school for
1 week. I met Millie, Crystal & Skye when I walking down to
school.
''Ruby how come you where not at school last week?'' Skye asked
reaching for something in her bag.
''Well... urm.. I was ill'' I lied. Skye nodded.
''Oh ok..'' She took out a carefully wrapped present & a card.
She gave it to me. I un wrapped it. It was a kitten jumper.
''Thank you Skye! I will put it on after school as... I cant
wear it now..'' I said. I looked down at my school jumper.
''Yeah... are we taking the bus or walking on?'' Crystal asked.
She now was looking it her bag.
''We will just walk on..'' I said. Crystal pulled something out.
I got nail vanish & lipstick. ''Thanks Crystal..'' I smiled.
Millie looked at her feet.
''I didnt get you anything'' She said quite embarssed. I smiled.
''Its all right.'' I said. We carried on walking until we got to
school & looked at my time table.

''Hmm.. Oh crap!'' I said. Millie, Crystal & Skye looked at me.
''What?'' Millie asked.
''I have bloody P.E today!'' I moan
''Indoors...'' Skye pointed out.
''Oh yeah... well... thanks..'' I said walking into the school
gates. Skye giggled. Millie giggled & Crystal did. I turned
around I looked at them then turned around. Of course there
lovers are there.. urgh! I though. I ran into class avoiding
them.
