Raven of Murder was sitting in a high up place in the shadows of
a crevass watching the events with Nova and her friends after
watching them come out of Verity's dungeon and enter the lab, he
silently disappeared and reappered behind Medusa "I did what you
asked, your daughter and her friends are safe they got away from
Verity, she has good friends, the other friends stayed behind at
their shop in the mountains, the other thing Verity the object
you wanted me to retrieve from her keep I have it." Raven said
showing Medusa the vial

smiled as she turned, not surprised that he managed to catch her
off guard, "Keep that up and I better hope no one gives you a
contract to take me down." Garnet laughed.
The Zora took the vial and looked deeply into it, "This is quite
a lot to have so much in a single vial."

Raven chuckled at Medusa's remark then looked at her while she
was looking at the vial "Yeah be careful though it's potent, I
never have come accross a poison quite like this before why do
you think that contractor wants it for?" Raven said looking off
into the distance noticing someone move in the bushes "Nevermind
I don't really want to know, I heard talk in town that Slippery
Tongue Joe has been spotted near the canyon some say that's
where his hideout is he has been one hard fish to catch." He
then said watching the bushes

Garnet rolled her eyes in annoyance, "Yet another slippery fish
to deal with." she said with a slight groan. Her eyes flickered
up when she too noticed rustling in the bushes. Suspicious, she
readies a small dagger kept to her belt.

Raven without a word slipped into the shadows the next thing
Medusa sees is him tackling an very thin looking man making him
fall out of the bushes and in plain sight with an dagger to his
throat "What is your name and state your buisness." Raven said
to the man

The man shook in fear against Raven's blade looking at it then
to the new weapon pointed at his head "Okay okay my name is
Erick, I was sent to spy on you by Slippery Tongue Joe to find
out how good you two are." The man said still shaking "Hmm
something tells me that you're replaceble to him." Raven said
putting his dagger an inch closer to the mans skin making him
whimper Raven then saw the mark he puts on his victims on his
neck making eye contact with Medusa gesturing it with his eyes
to her

Medusa raised her brows upon seeing the mark, "And what lies did
Slip promise you in return? You honestly think it's smart to spy
on two mercenaries?"

The man was still shaking "He promissed me that I will be let
go." The man said "He knew that we will catch you though, the
problem is that he thinks that we are mindless killing machines
doesn't he thought we will kill you straight off he isn't very
smart then a coward in everyway hmm." Raven said calmly after he
finished he looked at Medusa

Medusa shook her head, "I almost feel sorry for you, either way
you're faced with death." she then eyed Raven of Murder for a
moment, "But he does have a point. Question is, now that he's
here, is it in our best interests to simply let him go?"
