Trapped like fish in a bowl

Verity had dragged Nova to her dudgeon under Clocktown. She
chained the Zora up next to a small brick waterfall. Nova had
been out cold for 3 days or so, during this time Verity used it
to plan and prepare tortures for Nova.

At this point of time she just barely was able to open her eyes
slightly, but was not yet fully aware of her surroundings.

Verity had thrown a bucket of cold water onto Nova in order to
wake her up. "Rise and shine Nova. We have lots of torture to do
and so little time to do it."

Nova woke with a start, gasping as she slipped amongst the
chains, "W-what the hell!" she yelled and she yanked against the
metal.

Nova simply said nothing, casting Verity an unnerving,
unblinking stare, choosing to ignore what she was saying.

Joe came up from behind and knocked Verity out cold with a
single punch. "Got that right. Besides that metaphor is stupid
I'm a zora." He said kicking her body.
