       Rules: Ping Limit

       Just my 2 cents again...
       In my experience from playing on a lot of different servers,
       servers with a ping limit of a 100 is running the smoothest. If
       that is to low you can have some solutions:
       1. A white list of players, being able to play whatever their
       ping is.
       2. Setting up the ping check for a longer period... average over
       10 minutes
       3. Setting it up to 150, but then with ping checker on average
       of 1 min
       Just a suggestion, delete if you don't want this option!
