Problems with payment. Read and respond

This is an update regarding the payment process for the server
from 4netplayers.
So, hrabia has encountered a problems during the payment for the
server and we have tried to solve this through his paypal
account but couldnt. The problems is as follows.
4Netplayers is asking to have the ability to automatically draw
funds from a credit card when the expiration is met. As so, we
cannot move forward with the payment unless this is met.
However Hrabia neither has a card connected to his paypal
account nor his bank, with which he has a credit card, accepts
this (this is the message received while attempting to finalize
payment)
So the idea for now is for me Cy-BrAt, to pay for the server
instead of Hrabia. As such nothing changes besides who the
"owner" is for the server. Now, we havent moved forward with
this solution (me, hrabia and maksL) because we want to make
sure that most (if not all of you) are onboard with this change.
Please leave a comment as soon as possible whether or not you
are ok with this change.

***UPDATE No1 REGARDING ALL THE ABOVE***
Hrabia cannot send the money to Cy-Brat due to the same reasons
explained above.
Hrabia is trying to make this work. But it seems like this might
take up to monday. Maybe even Tusday - Wednesday.
