we need to establish rules that we will use in case of diffrent
opinions about some things. there are 9 of us so conflicts of
interests will happen sooner or later. I know, that some of you
are not interested in whats going on into community and i'm
complitly OK with this, but I'd like to ask you to tell us that
you are not going to read forum, so we will not wait for your
answers. here is my preliminary draft of this rules.
1. every significant change needs a poll
1.1 each time you vote, make post under poll informing that you
voted
1.2 polls about urgent matters last for 1 day
1.3 regular polls last for 3 days
2. banned player can be unbanned only by admin who banned him.
2.1 if admin who banned player is absent for more than 3 days
and player becomes impatient, he can be unbanned after 3
positive opinions of other admins.
3. supporting admins (we need to discuss about this)
do you feel aggrieved that you are paying for server and others
are admins for free? a actually have not problem with this. but
another question is if we need more admins than us? what is the
best amount of admins? i think we can give some little rights
pack to few trusted friends of us, espessialy if they are
playing this part of the day, when none of us is. for example it
could be: kill, kick, yell and maybe tempban (1 hour). if player
will deserve longer ban, he will tell us and we will decide. pls
refer to this.
4. vip slots (another thing that we need to discuss about)
i'm not sure if we should sell vip slots, because for me
actually price is already pretty low. in my opinion we should
give some vip slots (punish protection at least) to people that
are actively supporting us. for example it can be taking part in
some promomovie (if we make any) or just for people that are top
10 in server rank (excluding retards of course). refer to this
as well pls.
do you have any ideas guys? everything what can help us to avoid
arguments in the future is welcome.

I agree with you, Hrabia.
We should most definately set up some ground rules. And your
suggestions looks good!.
Supporting admins are okay by me. - But we should carefully
select who gets vip/admin status.
third-party admins/vip's should be bound to a strict
legislation, ie; One strike, you are out.

Hey guys
I think the idea of some basic admin rights to the server is
good for people who contribute to it. As suggested were not
always on at the same time.
And then maybe select a few players that have full admin rights.
Agree with Hrabia's rules below.

1) Important polls can be voted only by the organization
personel. And thus we need to assign the titles of those with
that privilege while making the posts in a restricted thread.
For example: Since 9 of us payed and there are 12 people in this
forum, those remaining 3 shouldn't get to have a final word in
the organization of the server. We can make an open to all
thread informing them about our intentions and getting some
feedback. But not giving them the ability to influence a poll.
Less important polls maybe subject to public view per our
discretion.
2) We need to create a system for banning people.
2.1. Ban people that do not follow rules that we as admins have
set. Those rules are absolute!
2.2. It would be to the best interest of all if we can make a
list of banned people and a small description as to who/why A
separate Category on our forums should be made and a new thread
for every person banned. Topic of the thread must allways be the
players nickname with no other additions. Reason for that is
that we may be able to view his history with us and maybe
introduce a permanent ban.
2.3. Anyone can un-ban a player but shouldnt do so blindly.
Please see the thread adjacent to the individual to get
information and to update this person's status.
3) Substitute Admins: Though it is a good idea to have people
with special admin right to the server, we should restrict the
ammount. I suggest mostly 2-3 additionals with very few
abilities.

Is a good idea. but i dont agree with the temp-ban.
4) Though it IS true that the price is low, dont forget that
hardline will be here in 3 months... so discussing further
payment plans would be wrong.
4.1. VIP slots can be offered to people who pledge to
financially help us move to Hardline
4.2. VIP slots my earned by being a top rank person in our
server. EXCLUDE the admins. from this list.
I hope my two pennies are a good suggestion.

i'm not sure if i'm even going to buy hardline and i'm not sure
if other people are going to do this.

Buying Hardline is another topic alltogether. But when the new
game comes the old servers are most propably going to die due to
players leaving.
I do suggest that we prepare ourselfs for that date. We can
either talk about it now or wait until the later days. But if
VIP is to be given then there must be an incentive. Top scorers
means that they are often playing at our server.
