roflmao roflmao has happened to me several times! I did both!
But I would just thank them, I think... roflmao
Would you rather be gifted a gift certificate, or a handmade
       gift from a friend?

I've received both from friends...personally I always love
handmade gifts from my friends...(will admit as we get older my
friends and I decided gift certificates are better but we set a
       price limit)
You wake up Christmas morning not feeling too well and you're
expected at your family Christmas lunch...do you phone to let
them know you're not coming as you're not well...or...do you
       suffer in silence and go?

Oh, has had this happen and went and was miserable. So, I'm not
going, and I would hate to make anyone else sick.
Someone in the office you work in has started a rumor about you
in order to get your position. Do you go directly to that
person, or do you go to your boss?

I would go directly to the person and asking about the rumor
they started, then I would say we're both going to speak to the
boss and you'll tell him/her the truth...
You go on a blind date and this guy is a real hunk, but he's
continually on his dang cellphone...would you say something or
keep your mouth shut as you're pretty keen on him? ...(I know
       what I'd do)... roflmao roflmao

oh tam... roflmao...you know me and my mouth! I'd tell him to
get off his phone or I am leaving.... roflmao roflmao
You're working and you notice your co-coworker is not working
but talking on her phone every time you look up. About an hour
before quitting time the boss walks over to her and asks for a
file she's supposed to have finished earlier. She gives a lame
excuse and he say's at 5 or you're staying overtime until it's
finished. She runs over to you and asks for your help. Do you
help her? Or do you tell her no way that if she stayed off her
phone she might get her work done?

My mouth is a tad like yours Esse. I would tell her straight
out...if you bloody well stayed off your cellphone you'd get
your work done, and N O way am I'm staying to do it for you...
       ;D ;D
Your at your work Christmas party and a colleague approaches
who's had a few drinks, plus he also has a reputation of being a
sleaze. He comes up to you and throws his arms around you
tightly and starts waffling on how much he likes you...would you
stand there listening to his dribble or tell him where to go???

roflmao roflmao...we seem to have the same broken filter on our
       mouths... roflmao
First I'd glare at him, shrug his arm off me and tell him
exactly where to go and add, and *F* off...
       (Damn that filter)
At work you draw names for Christmas gifts, there is a limit of
$20.00. When you open yours you can tell the gift is very
personal, a nightie, and no one admits to having drawn your
name. Do you leave it alone, of play detective until you find
out who your Secret Santa is?

Considering that other than the office staff, I work almost
uniquely with men, I would absolutely go into detective mode
until I found out whom it was, but to be honest, I'd have my
       suspicions beforehand...lol
Would you rather always feel like there’s a hair in your mouth
that isn’t there, or always feel like your phone is vibrating
       when it isn’t?

Neither they'd both drive me nutz. I'll go with hair in my mouth
that isn't there. I've had it happen many times...it's damn
       annoying....
You've booked a cruise with a friend, and at the lat minute they
pull out of going leaving you to go on the cruise alone and not
even offering their ticket to another friend of yours...would
you understand or have a lot to say about them being
inconsiderate?...(I know what would come out of my mouth)

Oh I'd have a lot to say about that!! I'd be totally pissed.
You're on a date with another couple and the girl from the other
couple keeps flirting with your boyfriend. Would you take her
aside and tell her to cut it out, or would you tell you're
boyfriend you wanted to leave right now.
