Hey guys. Ok, let's just start off here, if you're on gt or vt,
which I think most of you are, you'll know me. I usually go by
JB555, but I had a typo in registration that I didn't realize,
and I cant figure out how to fix it. If someone could help me
with that, please? That'd be great, thanks.
Anyways, I'm Jake, from the wonderful USA, in the great state of
Michigan. I'm 14, and I might be the only blind person you'll
ever meet online, at least that's how it's been with me so far,
no one has met a blind person until me.
I'll try to add in all my details on my profile here, but if
there's something I missed, you can find it all on vt, my
profile there is JAB555. That I think covers the basics. Oh
wait, I'm straight, thought I'd put that out there.

Hi and welcome to TS :) and Oh ? Do you use speech software so
it says what is typed ? My mom does ( she can't see very well
anymore ) due to her MS. I hope to see you on here and if you
ever need me ( im CrazyPerson101 by the way ) Im a

you are the first i have met so far.

some reason it wont let me log on, I dunno why. Is there some

Yes, I do use speech software. It's called JAWS. Google it, and
if you get the movie, or a giant shark, that's wrong :P
Of course you're allowed to call it exciting...Although I guess
I've never heard it called that. Also, I can see you're both
GMods here, it says it in the user title. And since it shows
that, why are you listed as mods of all the boards, even though
you're automatically mods of all of them? It looks kinda odd to
me.
But anyways, yeah, I don't know how long I'll be here, I don't
know how many times I've joined a site, thought I'd be there for
a long time, then suddenly I discover something and lose
interest in the thing I thought I'd be at for a long time. It's
happened before.
But yeah, that's all I've to say for now. hope to be talkin' to
all of you guys soon.

Ahhhh ok, I looked it up and I will have to show my mother this,
this may help her out actually :) Anyway Im not sure, You'd
have to ask our admin Clockwork why we're Gmods but it only has
moderators in said place. I hope that you'll stay and help us
spread the site, It would be awesome getting to know you :)

yea, it is odd that we stand as mods under so many boards, even
tho, as you say, we are mods for all of them :P
we'd have to ask our admin/boss Clockwork about that :)
i hope you won't lose interest in this forum, because we
appreciate all our users.
and if you like, you can share it with all your friends :)
also, you might have been using our old chat, since you need a
login, but we updated our chat yesterday, so you only need to
write a username to get in.

Ok, thanks, I'll try to get in again. But, I do sometimes visit
the VT chat, and I'm trying to go there more now, so you can
find me there too. Well, that is, if my phone is working. See, I
can only use mobile chat, cuz java doesn't work with JAWS, it's
not JAWS-friendly.
I hope I don't lose interest in this forum either. Honestly
though, my mind keeps changing. For like 6 months I didn't go to
VT at all. Back in August of last year, I started using forums,
and I loved them, until the following January/February area.
Then, I became interested in chat rooms. In fact, I should go
back to them, and visit my friends again, but now crap is messed
up bad with the page I used to access them. They updated it, and
now a bunch of crap is changed. It sucks.
Anyways, well, as I mentioned in the VT chat, JAWS
costs...eh...about $1000. Now, unless a dollar is worth almost
nothing...oh nevermind it is, either way that's still a crap ton
of money.

well, i'd better say that the version of the chat we are using
at the moment, doesn't support mobile, sadly. We use the same
chat as VT, but they have got an upgraded version, so it
supports mobile.
1000$ is a hella lot of money 0_0

Um...
No, you do not use the same chat as VT. VT uses addonchat, you
use chattango or chatango whatever the hell it is.
Addonchat is better, but it costs a lot of money. Like a few
hundred a year or some such. Also, addonchat requires java if
you're on a computer, the one you use doesn't. :P
But yeah, you don't use the same chat as VT.

yea. we used VT's chat for a little while, to test it out.
i got an addonchat, which we used, but i like the chatango
better.
and you're right, the addonchat costs money. some 80 dollars for
a year of the lowest upgrade, and 35 dollars for mobile version.
