How did you get out?

This thread is to tell other members how you came out.

i came out by writing a letter do my parents, where i talked
about my sexuality and about my boyfriend.

At the time, I wasn't necessarily "in the closet" but I guess no
one really knew.
I was walking around in the woods with 3 of my sisters and the
conversation turned to girls. I don't remember precisely what I
said but after I did my sister said, "I didn't know you felt
that way about girls." My reaction was, "you didn't know?"
Because I thought it was obvious.
so I guess they were the first to know and the only ones right
now. Mainly because I don't feel the need to have a big coming
out thing. They'll know when I introduce them to a future
girlfriend.

i looked through some old papers and stuff to find a pen
earlier, and found something that reminded me of how i came out
to my teachers.
The first teacher i came out to was my math teacher, and I came
out by he accidentally saw my background on my phone, which is a
picture of my boyfriend.
Next, I came out to my english teacher in an essay about being
young, my youth, and my future plans.
I then came out to my danish teachers in an essay, and then some
random teacher, who was my favorite teacher, cuz we talked about
love, and it just slipped out that i had a boyfriend xD

Never came out to anyone except two of my friends, I just said
it and carried on our convo xD
