       Ok this is not a tutorial, but more of a question,?  Is this
       where one would submit a tutorial , if they had one ?
       You will see I did post some links in the "outside resources",
       I guess that is correct, because they are just links.
       Or would it be more appropriate to have put them here ?
       Being that this is the first topic, and new it should be
       useful, so future new comers can see the answers.
       So this thread, could also be continued, for any FAQs, on
       submitting tutorials.
       I suppose, when one posts a tutorial they would start a new
       topic, with the appropriate name, of the tutorial, and post / or
       submit it ?

       if you are writing a tutorial, post it in tutorials. if you want
       to link to off site resources, post them in the offsite
       resources topic
