       Catch Kyogre and Groudon. PT. 1

       Stock up on Ultra Balls and make sure one of your Pokemon has
       Fly, Surf, Dive and Waterfall. This event records the number of
       steps you take, and if you take too long, the Pokemon will move
       from its location. This quest opens once you have beaten the
       Elite Four.
       Head to the Weather Institute on Route 119. Talk to the
       scientist upstairs and he will tell you of some oddity at a
       certain route, so Fly there and search the area for a newly
       opened cave entrance. You will immediately notice that the local
       weather will change - this reflects which Pokemon is near.
       Bright sunlight indicates Groudon's presence, rain and thunder
       indicates Kyogre's presence.
       Once you're on the actual route, there are two possible places
       the entrance could be. At this stage, it appears to be random as
       to which one you get.
