       How to Catch Regirock?

       REGIROCK
       Fly to the Route 111 Sandstorm. On the way, you can drop off
       Relicanth and Wailord and switch them for your regular Pokemon
       catching team. Also ensure that you have someone who can use
       Rock Smash. Head into the Sandstorm and work your way to the
       southern end where you'll see a cave opening. Read the Braille
       message and take two steps down, then two steps left. Use Rock
       Smash and the entrance will open. Step through and you'll find
       yourself face to face with a lv40 Regirock.
