       Smarty: 5 stars, requires 650 posts
       Expert: 6 stars, requires 700 posts
       Tech Prince: 7 stars, requires 750 posts
       Tech King: 8 stars, requires 800 posts
       Moderator:  9 stars, moderates a certain forum, chosen by Matt,
       by someone in Staff, or requested
       Staff: 9 stars, chosen by Matt to help the forum, not payed :D
