       We have a couple who share an email address.  Is that okay?

       No, no, no!  Each Teamo user must have a unique email address.

       They also share a mobile phone number.

       No again!  They must have a unique mobile phone number (or
       none).  If you have already found this out the hard way, then
       you need to talk to Teamo Support to get help to sort this out.
       Symptoms include the wrong picture against one of the people.
