       We recently decided to open up a referral program in which we
       will refer your resume to companies in hope for a potential
       sponsorship. A fisherman must send in a resume in which we would
       look over and would be scaled based on several factors. Our
       resume scale is based on a 5 star scale, anything under 5 stars
       will not qualify to be sent off to companies. Although we will
       not provide you with exactly how we determine what is "5 stars"
       we will give you some pointers on what are extremely important.
       -Grammar
       -Spelling
       -Proper Resume Format
       -Must provide links to show that you are active on social media
       -1,000+ followers on social media(can be varied between numerous
       accounts)
       -Social Media must have mature posts
       Must provide the following answers: (Must be in sentence form
       not Question/Answer form)
       -How often do you fish?
       -What type of angler are you primarily?
       -What state are you located in?
       -What type of social media accounts do you have?
       -How many followers does your social media accounts have?
       -Are you an active poster?
       -Do you have a boat?
       -What is your favorite type of bait to use?
       Are you currently sponsored by other companies and if so which
       ones?
       -Age?
       -How long have you been fishing?
       Those are just some of the important key points in which your
       resume. Your resume should not consist of anything under 10
       sentences, and should never contain the words sponsorship or
       free stuff.
       Fisherman must understand that your goal for achieving
       sponsorship should not be for free stuff but it should be to
       further your fishing career down the road. Companies do not want
       fisherman that are directly focused on free items and will turn
       you down straight away.
