Boy on a Dolphin (1957)

Phaedra is a poor sponge diver on the lovely Greek isle of
Hydra. While diving, she discovers an ancient brass and gold
statue of a boy riding a dolphin, which is said to have the
magical ..
Well, I honestly didn't care about any of the characters in this
story but saw that it had an Oscar nomination.

I usually don't watch boy and his dolphin types films
myself...lol.

The only boy and dolphin in this film were a statue. Oh, and
her character had a young brother. I didn't think they were
too convincing.

That's too much boy and dolphin for me to enjoy. I never liked
the Flipper series.
