Did you notice how everyone is almost dressed exactly alike. No
one practicing their individuality back then huh.

That's a very good observation, H. It's true, there were few
choices and I bet people were happier. We have so many choices
today that it can be overwhelming. Not to mention the poor
fashion choices made by so many. :o

We want everything that is available. In those days you took
what you could get and were thankful you got something. Those
are pre union, pre minimum wage and pre work safety healthcare
and sick days eras. And that's if you were lucky enough to find
       a job.

Oh geez, I was thinking more of the amount of choices in
clothing and even at a supermarket. I don't think having
benefits is a bad thing. In fact, I haven's had any benefits of
any kind since 2009 or longer. I can't even recall the last
       vacation I took. If I don't work, I don't get paid. I don't
earn any time off. But I'm very thankful to have this job
       anyway.
