Changing ability positions

Hello.
So I've been thinking to change some positions of abilities.
Currently things are like this:

0. [1,1] Special Ability
1. [0,2] Single Ability
2. [1,2] Element Ability
3. [2,2] AoE Ability
4. [3,2] Heal Ability
5. [2,1] Ultimate Ability
So I was thinking to put abilities like this:

0. [1,1] Special Ability
1. [0,2] Single Ability
2. [1,2] AoE Ability
3. [2,2] Heal Ability
4. [3,2] Element Ability
5. [2,1] Ultimate Ability
I think Single and AoE are the most used ones. Then I believe
Heal abilities comes next and lastly and most rarely Elemental
abilities are used because they usually have longer cooldown and
some of them are even passive. So what do you think?

IMO , do it.
That means I win the leatest competion cuz lightning elemental

Why wouldn't they?
I wasted my brains and minutes tryeing to create abilities 4 the
elemental , balanced abilities.
So it's [move][b][glow=black,9,300]MY[/glow][/b][/move] ideea

Actually that doesn't mean anything. I've been planning to do a
Lightning Elemental last one year. ;D

I need more opinions before I can make my final descrission. One

Actualy what Aero says it's ture.
Elemental and Ultimates are taking the most time to load.While
special ,Aoe and single are used the most.This could go on nice
:D
