Let's make some things clear
By: Aeroblyctos Date: November 20, 2011, 3:19 am
---------------------------------------------------------
Hello members of this community!
Lately we have had a little fight in the forums and I would like
to tell you few things. I remind that we're a small community
and that's why especially every member is important part of this
community. We should respect each other.
Even if we're here to have fun that doesn't mean we can spam
everywhere in the forums random things. I'm easy-going guy but I
have my own limits too. I think important topics like bug
masterthread is a place only for bugs. However of course you can
go there and help people if they're asking for help.
Use the off-topic section for random talk but elsewhere relate
your discussion at least somehow about the campaign.
Now about myself I'm sorry that I didn't see a little fight here
last few days. I've been busy with school and Skyrim. I haven't
paid much attention to the forums and I haven't been doing the
campaign much. However that doesn't mean the end has come. After
I have finished Skyrim I go back to the daily rutines doing the
campaign and checking the forums few times per day. The campaign
will be finished, no matter what.
Now that I've said what I had in my mind listen some good music
and let the tranquility enter your heart.

Hello,
The first three chapters are completely filled of PR (Public
Relations
HTML http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_relations).
Is it that there's only half the truth to keep this fight
confidental, or are you just trying to be way too friendly? :p
This is the art of storytelling concluded to one song:

It's exactly PR's purpose - Convince the clients that it's not
the company's fault, to maintain the reputation.
Of course, the clients know the truth, but the company doesn't
give up trying - Honesty is a dying attribute these days.

Eh, let's see what you have done, Blackdoom and DD Canada...
1. Derail the topic from being a source of information for the
questionnaires to a personal discussion without any relevance to
the topic itself.
2. When Skasian deleted these posts, you felt butthurt, 'cause
you spent some 'precious' minutes of your life to write them.
Lemme analyse DD Canada's posts...
He's been deleting both (Black's and mine) of our posts,
telling us that it's off-topic and that we should take it to the
off-topic section.
A little off-topic is fine, but derailing like that is just
ridiculous.
I know, that this would be replied "just start the
discussion over in there, or copy-paste your posts". Pardon me,
but that's not gonna happen. Should we do that, it would just
support current and future moderators to such giving up
-methods.
^Stubbornly refusing to take their off-topic discussion to
somewhere else, for the Greater Good.
Seriously, we spent some important minutes of our lives
to write those replies, just to get them deleted due to
rejection of a moderator. Why couldn't they be just edited to
remove wrong content? Why couldn't they've been moved by those
who have the control?
^Insisting that their spam posts don't deserve deletion, since
they spent some 'precious' minutes of their lives to write them.
Such an original complaint - I've never seen someone on any
other forum did this.
Wether or not we went off-topic, you could've moved our
posts, but you didn't. Like come on, we didn't spam, we didn't
necro, cross-post or anything like that - Off-topic is by far
one of the least mistakes one is able to do.
But it is not off-topic anymore. It's become SPAM.
And what's with Chimto to bring him to this? Moderators
are generally opinionless, aka if there's an argue, they
shouldn't side with either person / group. So if Chimto was the
only person you saw to get annoyed of our chat, doesn't that
make it 2v1? This is outstanding, soon there'll probably be more
public votes that are ignored completely.
No. Skasian is not simply 'siding' with me. He's doing his
housekeeping job.
the easy way, giving up: Deletion.
*standard
I hope that explained enough.

Hello,
1) -
2) Replace 'butthurt' with 'disappointed' and we're good to go.
A little off-topic is fine, but derailing like that is
just ridiculous.
True, we can't control ourselves when the other person provokes
to post off-topic, but why couldn't those posts be moved? Just
why, why?
^Stubbornly refusing to take their off-topic discussion
^Insisting that their spam posts don't deserve deletion,

Many people don't have the guts to tell their honest opinions,
so that might be the reason for why you'vent seen this kind of
protest before.
How were our posts spam? Off-topic for sure, but we didn't spam
in our posts (for example smileys) neither did we doublepost /
triplepost or so forth. Explain me.
But it is not off-topic anymore. It's become
SPAM.
^One quote above.
No. Skasian is not simply 'siding' with me. He's doing
his housekeeping job.
I wish you a merry PR Christmas.
*standard
Right, standard deletion - Why couldn't he move those posts?
I hope that explained enough.
No - I would have to get the rights to delete all of your 150
off-topic posts so that you would understand why, if you value
those couple of hours of your life.

How do you propose moving these posts to the PMs? I can't see
any other place for them besides PMs.
I wish you a merry PR Christmas.
Explained above.

Spam can mean all sorts of things. Which does include large
chunks of irrelevant texts.
Right, standard deletion - Why couldn't he move those
posts?
Said above.

Hello,

How about off-topic
HTML http://www.tcocampaign.com/index.php?board=20.0
-section? Let me
ask you something; Are you active much on Hive? Based on this I
would say you are not.
Explained above.
You didn't explain anything above about the siding issue,
speaking of PR.
Spam can mean all sorts of things. Which does include

-
what is this i dont even
...understand? Well tell you what, if Aero did give me the
rights, and I had your permission, I certainly would go and
delete all of your 150 off-topic posts, which is more than I
have posts in total by the way.

Hello,
Well, one of the most critic problems has already been solved,
yes. But because Chimto hopped in, and can't understand our
pain, then it'd be the best for both sides to let him feel it.
