[center]Competition Idea
In this competittion you're challenged to create a passive 20
level ability. The ability must be unique, interesting and
useful all the way
ability whoever character you want, but remember the element
must be fire, ice or lightning.
Hints
[list][*]Make the ability balanced. A fince choise in the
beginning but also in the end.
[*]You can decide to which character you'll give it: Phodom,
Fradz or Galeoth.
[*]If you need effects you can find some from here.

[size=22pt]Competition Rules
[list][*]The idea have to be yours.
[*]You can make unlimited amount of entries.
[*]I will have all the rights to edit the rules all the time(I
will do it correctly and I will be fair for everyone).[/list]
Competition Prizes
The winner of this competition will have his or her name to Hall
Of Fame and will be credited as "Competition Winners" and "Idea
Giver". If you have one more than once you'll be credited
automatically as "Great Idea Giver". Also any other ideas that
I'll use will be credited as "Idea Giver".
Judging
I'm the only one who will judge the winner of the competition. I
will judge all entries. The amount of entries you post will not
decrease your chance to win in any way. However, if there are a
lot of entries or horrible entries, I'll have the right to kick
some of them away in order to make the final judge easier for
me.
This is the order how I judge:

The competition begins immediately and conclude 14.11.2011.

Hello,
Ouch, that is one tough deadline (less than a week).
So I assume it's "20-level" ability (to clarify any doubts of
level 20 ability)?
Also, when you tell to make the ability balanced, is it forced
to give exact values or is it okay with X, Y & Z as guidelines?

Well all single, AoE, Element and Heal abilities has 20 levels
so yeah.
Yea you should give some values in this competition. Remember
that percentages are pretty bad when there are so many levels.

Heal spell for Phodom
Dragon Tranquility
Phodom rises his hammer , praying to the heavens to give him and
his companions help.From the sky , unknown forces sent out rays
of light , healing Phodom and his alies.While he keeps his
hammer rised , the sky will continue too glow , once he casts
another spell/move/attacks/etc the sky will fade , and the
ability will stop.
Effect:Effect increases with ability level and strenght
Calc:abilitylvlx75 + 3x str/second

Thunder Blades
Description: Every X seconds Fradz's swords are charged with
lightning energy. The next attack (deals critical damage and)
purges the target for Y seconds, immobilizing it during the
first Y/2 seconds and slowing it by 80% the next Y/2 seconds. Y
is improved and X is decreased with spell level.
Side notes: [list]
[li]Recommended Calc: Initial X = 13~15s, Y=2s. Each level
decreases X by 0.5s and increases Y by 0.25s.[/li]
[li]I recommend a critical strike on the triggered attack for
best damage output (This depends on Aero anyways).[/li]
[li]X should be about 10~15 seconds.[/li]
[li]Effect should be available in Warcraft 3 TFT (Purge or Chain
Lightning Target effect is recommended).[/li]
[li]As for the icon I suggest the Sword Dance icon with some
lightning effect (can't do it myself :( ) or

Okay... Well my weekend started already so the next day when I'm
at school is... Monday. So I'll judge Monday. It's good to do
forum things when I'm at school because we have a lot of time
there... Too long breaks there and then I can focus on the
camapaign when I'm at home. ;)
