Dig up the Basement Key and use it to open the basement door of
Dragon Inn.

He is in the Dragon inn (but behind it), where u hav some
conversation with Fradz. U need the Basement key to access it.
The key is in 1 digging spot.
So find the key and go behind the house, that's it :)
