Luck items and Boss items

There are many great items through out the campaign which you
can steal or obtain from bosses or from lucky boxes. Many of
those still not be used for syn-items, will they be used in the
future?

I think luck items should not be mess with syn-items. But some
other items such as: Ancient Leaf, Dragon Orb, Staff of
Tranquility, Tirozin, Scyth of Elimation.... (steal or reward
from bosses), they better in a syn-items because they are weak
standing alone.

I also think that luck items should not be made to any Synthesis
Items.
Ancient Leaf => Mother Earth
Staff of Tranquility => Mother Earth
Tirozin => Nothing yet
Scythe of Annihilation => Nothing yet
Dragon Orb => Currently not in the campaign(probably chapter 9
or 10 item)
