I explored entire map. But I still can't find it. How can I find
it?

Before freeing Galeoth, search the lava caves in the north for a
man named Othoz. Talk to him. He'll tell you to collect some
Fire Hearts for him. Bring him the Fire Hearts and 3k Gold/10
Honor Points/10 Boss Points and protect him while he's summoning
the boss.

The Dark Messiah stands west of Xod (the general accompanied by
some Guardian Liches).
He'll leave after Galeoth is rescued.

Well. So it's mean there are many "point of no return" in Ch6
:-\
What should I have to do before rescue Galeoth or fight Xada?

Hmm.
If I remember correctly there are three things to do before
fighting Xada:
- Elite Boss
- Dark Messiah(funny cinematic)
- Gate puzzle
And things after Xada:
- Epic Boss
Tricky chapter if you ask me. There was before "3" phases but I
reduced it to two.

Gate puzzle? Did you mean dangerous gate?
I couldn't solve it. I stuck in first room and I didn't know how
should I do. Nothing happen when I try to let Phodom and
Fradz(and both) stand on circle. How to solve it?
PS. for epic boss. I have a problem like this.

You need to press those levels in right order.
In what part you are? Have you seen the first epic boss
cinematic when more skeletons come?

Before I gave up there is no cinematic in epic boss room.
I will try it again.
One more question. How to let Xada transform into 2nd form to
get shard of shadows? When I fought him. He didn't transform to
anything so I couldn't get shard of shadows.

Beat him down to 25% (or 35%), wait until he transforms, then
kill him.
I'm not sure though.
