       [center]Competition Idea
       The idea of this competition is to create a boss idea when there
       are two bosses fightning against the player same time. The idea
       can be a passive or a powerful spell. The idea will be used in
       future bosses.
       Hints
       - Try to think something own or improve an old idea to a whole
       new level.
       - The idea should be somewhat tactical.
       Examples
       - When bosses are close enough they are healed over time.
       - When another boss dies other will get +100% attack speed.
       - Bosses must be killed same time in order to prevent respawns.
       - Both bosses becomes invulnerable and start casting a powerful
       spell...
       Competition Rules
       - The idea have to be yours.
       - You can make unlimited amount of entries.
       - I will have all the rights to edit the rules all the time(I
       will do it correctly and I will be fair for everyone).
       Competition Prizes
       The winner of this competition will have his or her name to Hall
       Of Fame and will be credited as "Competition Winners" and "Idea
       Giver". If you have one more than once you'll be credited
       automatically as "Great Idea Giver". Also any other ideas that
       I'll use will be credited as "Idea Giver".
       Judging
       I'm the only one who will judge the winner of the competition. I
       will judge all entries. The amount of entries you post will not
       decrease your chance to win in any way. However, if there are a
       lot of entries or horrible entries, I'll have the right to kick
       some of them away in order to make the final judge easier for
       me.
       This is the order how I judge:
       - Is the idea unique?
       - Will I use it?
       - Am I able to make it?
       Deadline
       The competition begins immediately and conclude 27.4.2011.
       Final Words

       Actually I need these ideas for last gladiator arena battles as
       well.
       Here are the gladiator arena fighters. Feel free to make these
       ideas for other bosses as well. This competition should be easy
       and is very important for me: I need to finish these gladiator
       fighter before chapter 7 is completed.

       Personally i hate the idea of any sort of uber boss passive or
       something along those lines, a powerful channeled invulnerable
       spell may be interesting, i may think of something later, but
       what i personally loved was in God of War Ares battle
       (any one play) is that in a cut scene he sucked you into an
       alternate universe (a different arena) where you had to
       complete a puzzle, a relatively simple protect mission but still
       it was pretty fun, unique and changed up the gameplay.
       Something like that as the boss' approache 5% hp in which a cut
       scene appears and the character/s get blasted,shot,
       sucked, forced etc... into a portal and a new area where a
       challenge awaits they need to complete before returning. As
       of yet i have no ideas ( i will think on this later) but after
       fnishing the said puzzle (could be any objective) you
       could successfully return in a cut scene and the boss' could be
       "oh wtf" and then the charcters could instapwn the rest
       of their 5% hp in one cool hit spell etc...
       As their are two bosses, once one reaches the 5% hp he goes
       intto a invulnerable state and naturally you have to beat the
       other down to until he is on par health, then this procedure
       would be called.

       Yup, yup. But that can make the battle more challenging. Like
       player must separate the two bosses from each other or they are
       healed. Isn't that tactical? Uuh, I think so.

       Sounds interesting and can be done. But the question is, what
       kind of puzzle?

       When i think of a boss passive i think of you defeat then
       another gets out of nowhere an extra 300% attack speed or
       movement speed or damage or whatever. I just dont like it haha.
       What you said is akin to the golem on Ch3 is fine and took me a
       while to figure out so yes defs tactical ;), but i wanna think
       of a new idea :P.

       Well i havent got any sound ideas atm just a few rough ideas
       like a portal spawns in a new arena theres a timer a player has
       to defend from waves to keep it alive until they canjump back
       through, a small maze where the players hp reg is set to -30
       (rest is disabled) and they have to reach the end where a small
       miniboss fight occurs naturally the hp degen stops at this
       point, an obstacle course like boulders go backwards and
       forwards across paths, fires shoot up of paths etc... a player
       has to reach the end with one character, i even have a bad idea
       for a small tower defense.

       Well that's just one idea of many.

       That portal idea isn't really a puzzle, it just killing at the
       moment. You need to think something more to it so it can be a
       puzzle. There should be a twist! But it doesn't need to be
       puzzle, but still it needs a twist!
       About that maze with with disabled hit point regen won't work
       that way. But we can do like every 1 second one vitality point
       is lost. That way we can make this more hectic. Also the maze
       must have a twist!
       About tower defense, no, no, no. It just doesn't work. "We are
       fightning against an epic dragon boss... But sometimes in the
       fight we must build some towers to defeat couple minions before
       continuing the battle."

       Every one second vitality point lost wuld be too harsh, its 90
       second isnt it generally, maybe cut it down to 12 or so. I can
       imagine a maze with 4 exits, 3 of them false and spawn a small
       mini boss. Or perhaps the pathing as in the walls could change
       every so often, but that wuld get to difficult i can imagine...
       You could get the casual mob spawn to delay the heroes. Id
       suggest some like insta kill obstacles like a burst of fire from
       the floors that you have to time to get past to the exits, but
       idk.

       Tell me more about the puzzle. Draw something or put in words
       that twist the puzzle requires.

       Perhaps the twist cannot be so much in the maze itself, save the
       extra negative food degen. But rather the longer you stay in teh
       maze, the more the two bosses outside get healed. If this is
       activated on say 5% hp for both of them, perhaps give them a 1%
       hp regen. The longer you stay the more they heal, then when you
       find your way out, you continue the rest of your battle from
       there?
