It's new Single Ability for Fradz.
Quickstab
Fradz teleports behing his foe, damaging it and giving it Bleed
for 5 seconds. If the target is under effect of Stagger the
Quickstab deals 40% extra damage. |n|c00FEBA0EHotkey: C. |nType:
Target. |nCast time: 0. |nCooldown: 8 seconds. |nEffect
increases with level and agility. |nCalc: (abilvlx100)+(agix10)
LVL 3 + 50 AGI: 300 + 500 = 800
LVL 10 + 150 AGI: 1000 + 1500 = 2500
LVL 20 + 500 AGI: 2000 + 5000 = 7000

What other technique inflicts stagger on an opponent? I
personally think its a good choice because i build Fradz as a
single target dps with medium danmage but fast atk rate, this
skill would be ideal, but i need to understand where and how i
inflict stagger?

I like it. If Phodom distracts/tanks the ennemy then fradz could
use this spell and kick ass ;)

Impact Flare and Magical Hammer now does Stagger.
Ahh this list just doesn't seem to work here.
