       Item Description Help

       Hey.
       I'm searching for someone who has a lot of patience and free
       time to help me to update the item description. The job is
       pretty easy, but it needs at least average English skills(better
       than mine) to fix possible grammar errors.
       The job is to convert old item descriptions to new ones. I'll do
       the synthesis items myself, but I'm asking you to do all basic
       items and item sets. The job will take a lot of time depending
       how fast you are. This is not just one night thing. But hey,
       I've been doing this campaign like 3 years or something.
       There are two different type old description. "Old" and "very
       old".
       Here's an example of old converting:

       Additional notes:
       - All special things goes to same place. If it's possible and
       there are more than one special thing try to make one special
       thing in one sentence and another in second sentence.

       agility, intelligence and strength stats by 6 for 30 seconds.
       This effect can stack up to five times. Every 15th attack the

       - Try to make special things very understanding and short as
       possible.
       - Try to make descriptions easy to read and small.
       If you want to help me, download the latest version of the
       campaign, open it by World Editor, go to:
       => Campaign screen => Custom Data  => Items
       There are two categories which should be updated: Permanent and
       Miscellaneous. I'm talking about the "under categories", don't
       care about the upper categories they are "original items" from
       basic Warcraft 3 game.
       I'll do Power Up myself which is Synthesis Items. Make your
       descriptions to a notepad or just simply put the text here.
       Remember to frequently give me your texts because I'll check if
       you are doing it correctly. It would be stupid to give me
       everything and then you must fix.

       The 1st line in the Magic Orb's description is too vague.
       "+X% critical damage". It increases the damage dealt by crits,
       right?

       Hey.
       Yeah, crit dmg is Critical Damage.
       You must exactly do things as I have given otherwise this won't
       work. We must go exactly as the formula says. You must put the
       right codes to there also.

       OK, so... Please add the codes of the colour of each stat to the
       OP.

       Now we are moving forward, but still there are some problems.
       1) You forgot "|c00FEBA0E" from the beginning.
       2) You forgot "|cff6495ed" before the special thing.
       3) You made things too hasty, and didn't check what quality it
       was. It wasn't "Rare", it was "Unique", meaning the color must
       be also changed.
       4) Also if we go really accurate, I would put Intellect after
       Armor, so that "Mana Regen" and "Mana" are closer. It somehow
       looks to me more logical.

       This is very, very accurate job. Everything must be perfect. But
       once you get the idea, it goes really fast making these
       descriptions. I'm at the moment doing Synthesis Items. There
       things aren't so simple because they have really long
       descriptions and I'm remaking some and making some more.

       Then you should rearrange the order of the stats in the OP
       exactly as you want. That makes things easier.

       Everyday I will work at least 10 items. I wil give you a txt
       file for every 1 or 2 days.

       Okay. Now you guys must decide. Who will do what? How much? Etc?
       To Chimto:
       Good, good.
       There are some problems:
       - Color coding is wrong
       - There's a dot after quality and item set. There shouldn't be.

       I have also attached to the original post a link to map I use to
       test if the descriptions are fine. I occasionally test that if
       I'm doing correct job. I think you should do that too. I've been
       doing this whole day item descriptions.
