       What if Spell Book spells would require mana to cast?
       Something like:
       -> spell lvl 1: 300 req mana, 25% mana cost
       -> spell lvl 2: 500 req mana, 50% mana cost
       -> spell lvl 3: 1000 req mana, 75% mana cost

       -1 Limited mana early game. If this was to be implemented, then
       I could hardly use spell book spells early in the game. Just
       leave it as 0 mana cost.
