One is given in Ch.6 as reward for general's killing. Another
can be obtained in Ch.7 as a reward in gladiator's arena, and
there is 3rd, can't remember where it can be obtained, in Ch.7
also or in 8.

Medal of Friendship I believe is if you finish Chapter 4 with
all of the three noob dragonslayers alive at the end of the boss
battle.
Medal of Honor/Heroism or something is from Chapter 6 kill the 5
generals quest
Medal of Honor/Heroism or something is from Chapter 8 finish the
ice crystal golem cave
