Chat button fixed

Hey,
Now the chat button at the top will move you to the QuakeNet
where the chat is. I will be there every now and then.
Write to the chat other user's name (for example Aero) to send a
little alarm sound. It usually wakes up others to see that
someone is talking to you. I often forgot to check the chat but
when I hear the sound I realize someone wants to talk to me.

It doesn't work anymore so I must use another free chat.
