What is your favorite character?

What is your favorite character from all games, movies and
books? And why?

That's ridiculously difficult to answer...I could give you a
list of my favorite characters...well, let's stick with him so:

Haseo, the Shinokyofu. Since my name came from him, I can say
that he's obviously one of my favorite.
Why I like him? Well:
1. He can use 4 types of weapons, the Scythe, the
BroadSword(Image), the Twin Daggers(or Shotswords) and the Dual
Guns. All of them are awesome.
2. He has a harem [-)!
3. You can say that he's the kind of guy that care for his
friends very much, but doesn't admit it, probably because it's a
"way to show weakness".
4. He turned into a violent PKK, and killed over a hundred PKs
alone. All of it just because of a girl.
5. He changes a lot during the game, but at the start, he's the
kind of person that has no mercy and that wants power over
everything else. Again, just because of a girl.
6. He was probably a child with inferiority complex. You know,
he's a just a normal boy that plays a MMO, and Haseo is his
character. Everytime he plays MMOs he chooses the "bloody" path.
His past character was a PK. In real life, you can probably say
that he's a loner :D.
There are another reasons but they are minor. Just making it
fast what I like in him is the antagonism within himself,
sometimes a psychopathic killer, sometimes a guy that care for
his friends that, again, shows that he is not that sociable.
Btw:
PK - Player Killer: Someone in a MMO that kills other players.
PKK - PK Killer: Some one that kills PKs :P.
Oh, and he's from the game .Hack//G.U., there's also a movie and
anime for that.

^ PKKers are also called as "The Anti" amongst some players.
My No. 1 character wouldn't be tolerated around here so I'll
have you stick around with the No. 2!
Most people would nominate some badass fighter as their
favourite character, but there is someone else to whom I must
doff my hat for:

There simply doesn't exist too many that of Eliza's kind;
celebrities who are programmed to spin the public opinions via
tools of media for their masters' bidding. Yet, she is aiding
the justice the best she can behind the backs of his owners. It
is Eliza's intelligence that makes her so unique, not her
physical strength that of which she has none.
One does not simply rule the world with plain violence;
information has a just as equal role.

True enough. In fact, we're weak, because we don't have
information. Hum! Hum! It's a conspiracy!
But now I'm curious about the "character that wouldn't be
tolerated here". A Hitler-like character? A Edward-like
character? Or something even more hated than these :o? If you
really don't want to say, can you send me a PM? Don't get it
wrong, I'm just too curious about it ;D.

I'm using some of the information for the book I'm writing. I
want the characters be unique / likeable.

Okay, here is another character of my list. I have a huge list
of favorite characters, and I like them for a lot of different
reasons. By the way, none of my characters will spoiler-free, so
be careful.

Lelouch Lamperouge (a.k.a Lelouch Vi Britannia). He's a
character from the anime Code Geass.
Why I like him? Well,
1. He's not the strong, honored and kind hero. He's weak, cruel,
manipulative and...intelligent. You could say he follows the
"Maquiavel's" principle(results over means). In another words,
he can do anything to get what he wants.
2. In many ways, he has a king/god-like behavior. He can be a
little too "marvelous" sometimes, but in general, he's too much
of a badass.
3. He's special power is the Geass, some kind of absolute power
of manipulation(or you could say that is total submission), but
he can only use it once for each people, and he has to make eye
contact (see the image, he's using it). The way he uses it is SO
creative that kept my mouth open for at least half
minute(Something like this :o). It's a perfect power for him.
4. He's a human too. I don't like the make this comparison, but
you could say that he looks like Jesus Christ in a way. He would
be the incarnation of God or something(He isn't, but he looks
like it), but he still has human limitations. His emotions, the
relationships with other people, his personal opinions. He can
be awesome, but he's not perfect. He's intelligent, but make
some very bad mistakes in the anime. Please don't flame me with
religion, but Jesus wasn't perfect, because he had human
limitations.
5. In the end, he sacrifices himself to fulfill his wishes. You
could say that it's another reference to Jesus. He took all the
anger and hatred to himself, and died with it. BUT, perphaps
he's not dead. Some theories say that he's still alive(and there
are some reasons for that possibility, besides that's also
another reference of Jesus).
Just finishing it. You know, I like to talk about religion as
some kind of book/anime/movies and such, you know, because if
you want to believe that it's all real, you can, but some people
may not think so. I'm not atheist though...By the way, the
Christian references are my opinions.
