Health belt? Wasn't it used for Restoration Belt or smth like
that? I mean, it combines with mana belt. If the restoration
belt was used for another synthesis... i think so, but i'm not
sure myself...
You know, i'm not good in that kind of thing, so i'm not sure
myself, but to open the campaign map and see for yourself is
that difficult?
Oh, and just saying i'm sure about the combination of the belts,
but i'm not sure about the name of their combination. Life belt,
restoration belt, regeneration belt, there are lot of items in
the campaign and i often mix some of them.

Actually it's pretty hard to difficulty to search items are
linked to each other. Better to ask from professionals I may get
extra information too. And thanks to you, you answered.
I need to create something for this item for sure.

Health Belt - for Restoration Belt in synthesis.
Restoration Belt - useless.
Mana Belt alone however is useful for one stronger item.
Edit: No, wait, Health Belt goes to Magma Cloak. My mistake.
