Fourth profession?

Hey.
So we had a little talk about the fourth profession but nothing
special I've seen so far.
I want the fourth profession to be something different from the
current ones. I fear like the Mining is too similar to digging.
So, any ideas?

So, you don't like mining... How about hunting?

My idea is Lockpicking i.e the ability to unlock various locked
chests scattered across the campaign. The profession goes like
this: When you encounter a locked chest, you can use this
'Lockpicking' skill to try and pick it. If you successfully
crack the chest, the item(s) inside will be yours. The chance to
lockpick is %-based and can only be improved by buying better
lockpicking tools (similiar to Bronze Shovel, Silver Shovel,
...). When you fail to open a chest, the lockpicking tool will
be broken and require you to fix it, which cost a variable
amount of gold (that raises depend on the tier of the
lockpicking tool) and you have to wait 60 secs until it can be
used again. The more powerful the item(s) inside, the smaller
the chance to unlock the chest.

So a similar skill upgrade path to digging, but you have to pay
extra gold, and also it will an absolute mission to unlock the
good chests by trying every minute?
sounds frustrating, idea of lockpicking is good though. I vote
we have a unique lockpicking puzzle for every lock though. And
puzzle gets harder as locks get harder, no need to buy shovels
waste gold and do nothing 90% of the time as you try and pick
it.

I wonder if it is possible, but maybe we can have a profession
of skinning. After killing a creep, one can quickly skin it
using a knife (smthing like shovel too) to get different types
of cloth, from wool to linen to leather etc. These materials are
then needed to craft certain items in the game. Of course, I
think one can only skin from normal creeps and not any
minibosses, bosses, elite or epic bosses, nor summons or creeps
that respawn.
Oh this links to my next idea, not a profession, but a new class
of items. Currently, our items are stored in our inventory, up
to 6 items. I wonder if we can have an item system to customise
what our heroes can wear, from hats, armours to earrings, belts
etc. Then, there can be specific clothing items each hero can
wear, which are obtainable from shops, monsters, crafting
(especailly from skinning)etc. Each hero can wear one belt, one
armour, two earrings etc. These items can provide further
bonuses and passive skills for each hero and allow us to
customise how each hero looks. However, these items shouldnt
have active skills or it will be too OP. What do you think?

What about this: Researer or Archeologist or smth else - allows
you to read old, ancient scriptures about Oelivert (maybe
smthing like dragon books?) that can give you not only a facts
and history of TCO, but also grant you some bonusses or some
variety hints/items, maybe maps to some hidden treasures.
Actually, its idea how to make profession from book reading,
making it more interesting. For example, most interesting
scrolls could be dropped by boss or found after solving very
hard puzzle...that would be nice!

This is possible but it would require a ridiculous amount of
work to obtain all the models. And trust me attaching additional
garments on a W3 model is a bad choice. The textures won't merge
at all, unlike other games.
