       All Respawning Enemies

       Hey,
       To speed up the coming version can someone give me a full list
       of respawning enemies in all chapters?

       Ch1: None
       Ch2: Temple Guardians, Sand Scorpions
       Ch3: None
       Ch4: Mutants
       Ch5: Rock Elementals
       Ch6: Lava Monsters
       Ch7: None
       Ch8: Crystal Golems
       And, in addition to that, all boss adds.

       All possible enemies, even the ones that are part of boss
       fights. I think Elemental Golems for example at chapter do come
       back. So in other words you can grind them to gain which I'm
       trying to disable.
