       Some Suggestions

       Hey all, I just thought of several suggestions that could be
       implemented in this game. Haha would like to hear your views on
       these suggestions.
       1. Since we have lifesteal, why not we have spellsteal too? It
       just means that the hero can gain health which is equivalent to
       a small portion of dmg he does from his spells. This ability can
       be gotten from items or combat orders or both.
       2. Weather effects that affect heroes. Currently, we have
       terrain like lava and poison rivers that affect heroes. We
       should have weather stuff like dust storm, arctic wind, poison
       smog that affect heroes, not just dealing dps but can effect
       secondary debuffs like slowing of as and ms, decreasing dmg etc.

       The word 'spellsteal' is so darn misleading. Spellsteal refers
       to the act of stealing an enemy's spells not gaining HP from
       spells. And since we already have Siphon Life CK I see zero
       benefit in creating one more just to gain some additional HP.
       And creating such an ability is complicated and plainly
       unnecessary.

       This has already been suggested some time in the past but it is
       still not in the campaign. Maybe Aero doesn't want to make this
       or he just forgets.

       Pretty hard to do, as I would have to code this for every single
       ability. I think I'll skip this. Some items do restore your
       health when casting abilities.

       Oh yea, I have totally forgot this idea. It's a great idea.
       Okay, start to throw some ideas what will each weather type do.

       With snow it's pretty hard to move around, so it would affect
       the movement speed and evasion.
       Blizzard is the stronger snow, so the MS and evasion will get
       even worse, and the coldness is so great that it would even
       hurt. Yet Galeoth is pretty familiar with this weather.
       With fog it's really difficult to see anything, so it would
       affect the accuracy.
       Rain is pretty refreshing, but if you move around recklessly you
       will fall, so it would affect the movement speed.|optional: it
       would give a regen buff too|
       Storm would be like the rain, just that the movement speed would
       be even worse|and with no regen buff|, but i think Fradz would
       like it.
       Clear, in other words, no clouds in the sky or fog, so it's a
       pretty much normal weather.
       Sunny, yeah, who doesn't like the sun...okay, undead doesn't
       like the sun, but it's a awesome weather in many ways. You fell
       more excited, ready to make your wishes come true, so the
       movement speed and attack speed is increased. Besides that,
       Phodom really fells homesick and lonely when he remembers about
       his slaughtered family, his happy moments working as a farmer
       besides his beloved one, with the sun watching them...but this
       is what make him strong.
       Of course, i was kind of emotional when making the last one
       ::), but these ones are just examples.

       What about these?
       Wind - Decreases Movement Speed by 25%, Attack Speed by 20% and
       Evasion by 10%.
       Heavy Wind - Decreases Movement Speed by 50%, Attack Speed by
       40% and Evasion by 20%.
       Snow - Decreases Health and Mana Regenerations by 25%.
       Blizzard - Decreases Health and Mana Regenerations by 50%.
       Rain - Decreases Attack and Magic damages by 25%.
       Heavy Rain - Decreases Attack and Magic damages by 25%.

       Hmm, so we have negative weather conditions. How about some
       positive ones?
       Clear Sky: Increase sight range by 5%
       Sunny: Increase regeneration by 10%
       Breeze: Increase movement speed by 5%

       Why not
       Meteor Storm - Recive 100 dmg each 10 seconds , decrease sight
       range by 80% , AS by 80% , ms by 99% and turns regen to negative
       then?
       Seriousely weather shoud bring only buffs not debuffs.As if the
       campaign could get any harder.

       Seriously, if Oelivert was bombarded by asteroids that
       frequently, then I seriously doubt how could life flourish in
       it, or how could it maintain its fairly normal landscape. Also,
       it lags. Horribly.

       [/quote]I Don't get how  an undead from Kar'gath will regenerate
       faster with the help of the sun...

       But if it was a wazz or wolf? Maybe the effects would be
       different deppending of the nature of the person/monster/live
       being ?
