Greetings,
I don't think there's a reason to maintain either of these
boards (heaven and hell).
First of all, for heaven, why can't the "heavenly" topics just
be stickied?
Secondly, concerning both, if someone is looking for something,
they probably check those boards with the subject they're after
for. And when they can't find anything there, some may give up
and not pay a look to these two boards at all.

The heaven isn't important, but the hell have its usefulness, to
show some people what they shouldn't do ::).
Of course there's many threads with the rules, but it's clear
that people don't give it any importance.

I suggest keeping Hell. Heaven, well, whatever is fine for me.

Me too, Hell is important, but the Heaven isn't that important.

OR we could do either of these actions, dependant of the case:
1) If the thread is spam (e.g. multiple threads of the same
content), delete all but one of them, or if the thread is an
improper advertisement, delete it as well.
2) Everything else but the above; Lock the thread.

Hey I don't think threads are the problem.But the stupid user
who cr8ts them.
Why don't we create a "Hall of Shame"?Any user that creates a
useless thread or that brokes the rules will have his thread
deleated and his name writed in the hall of shame.
And also add a system that will help aero to moderate(no offence
man but you're low vs trolls)
Everytime someone brekes the rules he will have his name written
in Hall of Shame- Troll||||
If the same person brekes the rules again his name will appear
bigger in Hall of Shame- Troll||||
If the same person brekes the rules for the 3rd time his name
will appear gigantic in the hall of shame-
Troll||||
On the 3rd rulebreaking(even if the rule was "not spam") the
user is punnished severely(baned)
On the 2nd rulebreaking the user can be forgiven if he stops
breaking rules for a gigantic period of time.
On the 1st rulebreaking the user will be forgiven if he stops
breaking rules for a big period of time
By forgiven I mean his name will be deleated from Hall of shame
By big period I mean about 6 months of purity.
By gigantic period I mean 1 year of purity.
That will teach the little trolls a lesson.
