New passive for Phodom. He only has one passive as of 1.6e and
it's so unfair.

You sure? I though than there was more than one. But I could be
wrong.
Does the TCO have a "hardcore/grand sidequest"(difficult and/or
long sidequest with usually a very strong boss at the end)?
there could be a contest about that.

Yup, there are 2 passive abilities: Aura of Fire and Fire
Mastery. But the latter is not a combat passive in my opinion.
Phodom needs at least one more offensive/defensive passive
ability.
