Target for Today RAF Bomber command mods

This is the mod that designer made for the RAF before Target for
Tonight was printed/designed more
Note he says no Contrails at all, Bomber Petrol Management,
Bombing always being 'on target
Then look at what TFTonight became.

I like a lot more in the main rules than in Target For Tonight.

Had I known it existed, there would have been no need for Tnt.
Incredably, almost no one gave feedback.
Contrails were seldom but did exist. It plays too great a role
in TnT.
