Life Magazine Picture Archive - post Nov 1943 Photographs

Several years ago the Time-Life photo archive had posted quite a
few Tarawa pictures from shortly post battle into 1944. Many of
these are color and still available. I recall that they
included 4-5 photos of SeaBees inspecting the Sadu Maru scuttled
off the reef at Betio. Apparently I did not save these photos
and now I cannot find them on the internet. Anyone save these
photos?

I remember the photo set it, was on the old Tarawa Talk many
years ago, all Life prints, I was able to get a enlarged print
with my Dad in one frame. I also did not save it but found a
small group of of pics on this site, the photographer is J
Eyerman , Life magazine.

Only 2 or 3 of those photos were taken on Betio Island where 99%
of the battle took place.
