I always start with first things first when my fish stop eating
       - check your water quality!
Also, more information would be helpful. How long you've had
the tank set up, how long you've had the fish, that kind of
thing. Also, check real closely for any sign of ich or other
types of infection. I don't know too much about duboisi, but I
do know that I have a few species of livebearers that are more
sensitive to .. everything. They are sort of like my early
warning system for water quality issues and will stop eating the
moment my water isn't spot on. You're duboisi could be like
       that.
But I would suggest ruling out any sort of water quality or
health issues before you start experimenting with ways to make
their food look tastier. Because if your water is off or
they're getting an infection, adding tastier food can pollute
the tank making the problem even worse than it was to begin
with. Once you've ruled out water and health issues, you can
start looking at other ways to entice them to eat.

Duboisi are highly subsestible to bloat. They are algea grazers
and can't handle a high protein diet. I would suspect possible
bloat. I would suggest putting in a hospital tank and treat
with either metro or api general cure (contains metro). I would
also suggest treating with Epsom salt 1 tablespoon per gallon to
       act as a laxative.
When I had Duboisi I feed them strictly spirulina flakes which
are mostly vegie to keep them bloat free.

My bet is bloat. Skin some green peas and soak them in a
mixture of water and Epsom salt overnight. Feed that every
other day for a week. Should eliminate the issue if it's bloat.
