       Hello everyone,
       So I recently moved and have a new African cichlid tank...well,
       there are currently no fish in it, but I'm getting there, lol.
       I've had it filled for about 2 weeks. I just received my second
       filter yesterday (Fluval 306 to go with my Marineland Magniflow
       360...I also have a hob, mostly for the sound of running water.
       I am rather new to cichlids but I grew up around aquariums as my
       Mom has had one for as long as I can remember. So, I'm not
       completely new to aquarium care and maintenance but I still have
       a good bit to learn. I don't know what else to say, I'm sure
       I'll find a good bit to read through here, so I'll get to it.

       Welcome to the forums GenX.
       It's a bit slow here as most are using the FaceBook group to
       post questions and pictures.
       But don't let that stop you from posting here, there's still a
       couple very knowledgeable folks here that check in from time to
       time.
